Return Process

  Contact our technical support team through the UGREEN NAS portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Securely Package the Device

  Ensure all data is backed up and wiped, then pack the NAS unit along with all original cables, manuals, and protective foam into the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the hardware integrity at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
